To say Bianca loved to dance was an understatement. It was one of her greatest passions in life. She joined dance at the Kelly Patrick Studio of Dance when she was 4 years old and danced until she was 19. While there she took ballet, toe shoe, jazz, tap, theatrical, and many special classes.
After starting the foundation in Bianca’s name, members of the board decided to start a Dance Scholarship in Bianca’s name and award it to one student a year that embodies many of the characteristics and desires of dance that Bianca herself had.

2022
The first Bianca Beck Dance Scholarship was given to a student that attended the same dance school Bianca attended herself. Owner and dance instructor of Kelly Patrick’s School of Dance, Kelly Patrick chose the student to receive the scholarship base. There are many financial obligations that go along with dance classes. The $457.00 scholarship was given to help this student cover some of those financial costs.
2023
In 2023, The Bianca Beck Memorial Foundation Dance Scholarship was awarded on Bianca’s 35th birthday, during Brooklyn’s first dance class of the new season at Kelly Patrick Studio of Dance. It was given to a dancer that Miss Kelly thought embodied attributes that Bianca possessed while at her dance studio for many years. Some of those attributes were kindness, self-expression, helpfulness, and a zest for dance..a true passion.
The $500 scholarship was awarded to Elianna Connolly, a Junior who attends Carbondale Area and has taken dance since she was 4 years old. Elianna was so surprised to receive this scholarship and was beyond appreciative to the foundation.
